First, there are two little rubber stubs under the hood, next to the headlights. You need to twist those in a bit and see what happens. If there's still room to make them go down (by twisting clockwise), it will lower the hood. This may cause the hood to be a bit too loose, ie. when you press it down above the hood latch it will move a bit up and down. What you need to do then is to move the latch mechanism lower to account for the lower hood. It's held with two screws, just loosen them a bit and tap the latch mechanism downwards, then retighten the screws. The hood should barely move when you press it above the latch, but there needs to be a bit of movement, otherwise it will be too stretched. It's easy, more info in search.
